Richard Carr – Cape Coral City Councilmember and candidate, District 4
Mr. Carr is a 30 year resident of Cape Coral. His career experience includes Director of Professional Standards for the Lee County School District, Code Compliance Manager for the City of Cape Coral, Captain of the Fort Myers Police Department and Assistant Chief of the Naples Police Department. He is currently the incumbent Cape Coral City Council Member for District 4. He has declined to receive the stipend.
His platform focuses on:
-Public Safety
-Reverse or reduce the stipend
-Citizen volunteer committee involvement
-Infrastructure improvement
-Transparency to restore fractured public trust
-Clean water
-Professionalism, enthusiasm, honesty and diligence
