Mr. Caldwell is a Florida native, a graduate of Lee County schools and the University of Florida. He served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 – 2018 and was elected to his current position in 2020. Matt has attained the highest state certification in his field and is qualified as an expert witness in multiple state and federal courts.
